A peaceful location in the heart of nature, close to Highway 67. Located on the side of a hill, at the edge of the forest, this log cottage is also called “Lakian aukian alppimaja” – Alpine cottage opening to the plains. It features beautiful views over the village and the wide expanse of fields below the cottage.

Accommodations for 1-4 persons, extra bed available. Open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with wood burning fireplace and kitchen nook. Small loft with sleeping area for two persons. Washroom (WC, shower and a sauna with an electric stove).

Natural sights include Ancient Mountains trail and Suksenjärvi trail. Trail Äystö-Loukaja-Parra which starts right next door, joins a larger network of hiking trails.

Snowpark Parra downhill skiing area, by the shortest route 12 km, via main roads and Teuva center 18 km.

Teuva town centre 13 km. In the centre you’ll find swimming hall and gym, also outdoorsgym, library, Orrela Culture House, cinema Kino-Kuva and summer dancing hall Kaarihovi. I Teuva’s church there is the altarpiece painted by Tove Jansson. In the center you will also find various restaurants and Alko.
